David was my service technician and he went above and beyond to seal up my old house. He consistently came by to check traps and try new methods until we caught the mouse that was tearing up my kitchen cabinets. He was very responsive and timely and I?d recommend him to everyone!

We have been working with John now for last 3 months regarding our racoon issue. Not only was the raccoon removed from our attic, and repairs to our attic made very quickly ,but other racoons noted on our property have also been attended to.. John has been most helpful in removing them off our property once others have been caught. He has been very easy to work with, in particular responding to our phone calls in a very timely fashion. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they didn?t plan to poison or trap, rather they closed up all possible access points and left one spot where the squirrels could leave but could not get back in. They cannot survive without water for more than a few days.
Critter Control came back the following week to remove the old soiled insulation and put in new insulation.
Every person from the people who answered the phone to the technicians who provided the services dealt with was friendly and professional and I have no hesitation to recommend their service.
